We all have them - goals that have been lingering there for days, months or maybe even years. It's time we start moving toward that goal starting TODAY!
Ask yourself these three questions:
- What is holding me back from accomplishing this goal?
- Take whatever answers you give and say the exact opposite out loud.
- What one step can I take right now that would start the process of accomplishing this goal?
- Only one step is required to get the ball moving. (See also Do You Feel Like a Failure)
- When am I going to take that first step?
- Setting a specific time will hold you accountable for getting started. If you really want to make it count, post a Facebook status stating your goal and when you will get it going.
As you take the simple step of answering these 3 questions, you will finally be in motion to accomplishing your goal.
