Founded by Peter Marik, Mindshift Strategies brings together more than 25 years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and global technical organizations. Peter is known for bringing structure to ambiguity, simplifying complexity, and translating strategy into actionable plans that produce measurable results. His work has strengthened operational readiness, accelerated technology adoption, and improved leadership capability across some of the most demanding environments in the world.
